Need help with your worker profile, company account, job posting, application, saved opportunity, shortlist, bench, or login? Use this page as the starting point for support.

Contact Support

For now, please contact The OutageBoard support team by email. Include your name, account email, whether you are using a worker or contractor account, and a short description of the issue.

For Workers

If you are a worker, include details about the job, crew call, saved opportunity, application, profile field, or certification issue you need help with. Do not send sensitive personal documents through email unless support specifically asks for them.

For Contractors

If you are a contractor, company, staffing agency, or hiring team, include your company name, the job or crew call title, and the applicant or worker issue you need help with.

Login or Account Issues

If you are having trouble signing in, first make sure you are using the same email address you used when creating your account. If you still need help, contact support with your account email and whether you signed up as a worker or contractor.

Job Posting Issues

If a job or crew call is incorrect, outdated, paused, closed, or should not be visible, the contractor account that created the posting should update the posting status or contact support.

Safety and Accuracy

The OutageBoard helps connect workers and hiring teams, but each user is responsible for verifying job details, qualifications, pay terms, travel requirements, safety rules, and hiring arrangements before accepting work.
